Take a tour of the Museum which has rare article’s collection of various tribal communities of Nagaland that tells the Naga’s tradition & history. Pay a short visit to local tribal market. Road to Silchar. In the afternoon, we visit Khaspur, ancient capital of kachari kings. B uilt in1690, it preserves the ruins of ancient times to highlight the significance history of the place. Among the ruins, we visit The Sun Gate and The Lion Gate. Then stop Fort Kachari, a famous historical monument that bears witness to the rich cultural heritage of the time. The ruins reflect the influence of non-Aryan culture. In the 18th century, Khaspur was conquered by the Kachari rulers on the death of King Koch, then without heir to the throne. After the conquest of Khaspur, the Kachari rulers made it their capital and built the Fort Kachari. Night at the Hotel
