Detailed Day Wise Itinerary
- Kedarnath

- Guests are required to report at Sahastradhara Helidrome by 0700 Hrs. In case they require
- hotel transfer to be arranged by BHAPL, the same should be confirmed at the time of booking.
- In case flight is getting delayed due to NOTAM/delayed clearances/bad weather etc., we shall convey to the guests in advance, so that they may report accordingly at the Helidrome.
- After arrival at Sersi helipad, there shall be a waiting time of 30 mins-1 hour. Our crew shall serve breakfast & tea to the guests at the helipad waiting area.
- Guests will be boarded by our crew in the Kedarnath shuttle services flight to fly to Kedarnath Dham.

- Kedarnath Dham is at a walking distance of 500m from the Kedarnath helipad.
- Guests will be provided VIP darshan at the holy shrine & will be allowed maximum 02 hours for the same.
- After darshan, guests shall report back to Kedarnath helipad for their return flight to Sersi.
- After arrival at Sersi, guests will be flown to Badrinath by 1030 hrs.

- On arrival at Badrinath, transfer to the temple will be done by car for darshan. VIP Darshan shall be arranged by us for the guests at Badrinath temple. Approximately 01-02 hrs shall be allowed to guests for darshan.
- After darshan, guests will be brought back to Badrinath helipad for their flight to Sersi helipad.

- On arrival, our base manager will be present to receive the guests.

Terms & Conditions:
**The confirmation for above services is to be given in advance by clients, at the time of booking of Heli Tour**
*Airport transfers will be provided only on the arrival day at Dehradun, and on the last day, i.e., 6th day of the tour.
*Any donations, tips, pitthu, palki/pony and porter charges shall be borne by the passengers.
*AADHAR Card copies are to be shared by all Indian passengers, & passport in case of foreign nationals.
*GTWI has its own crew at all the Dhams. For any guidance or assistance, passengers are free to reach out to them.
*Network connectivity at Kedarnath & Badrinath is very poor. BSNL & Jio are the main telecom services, that work in these regions mostly, but not always. However, our staff shall be with the passengers for assistance at all times.
*All temples in Chardham sector are located at high altitude, therefore passengers are advised to carry medication during travel. Also, they are advised to carry heavy woolen clothing with them, because during evenings & nights, the temperature can drop drastically.
