🏔️ Altitude Sickness Information
Expected Symptoms: You are likely to experience headaches, loss of appetite, nausea, exhaustion, sleeplessness, and breathlessness until your body adjusts to high altitude.
Prevention & Management:
Drink plenty of water and stay well-hydrated
Stay calm and avoid overexertion
Do light exercises to aid acclimatization
Strictly avoid alcohol and smoking
Carry Diamox tablets (consult physician for proper dosage)
Inform guides immediately if symptoms worsen
👗 Clothing Recommendation: Casual wear and comfortable walking shoes recommended. Bring warm clothing as nights and early mornings can be extremely cold at high altitudes.
